To foster career development there is a transfer policy whereby an employee is eligible to move from one department to another once 18 months of service have been completed.  Department managers are encouraged to allow their staff to seek opportunities within the bank.  Positions are posted on the intranet and employees may apply to those that are of interest to them.

As part of the Credit Agricole CIB global network, we also offer employees mobility.  From time to time international assignments are available, mainly in our Paris headquarters but occasionally in other regions or other locations in the Americas.
